Meet the Founders.

It all began when we met while working at a local nonprofit. We quickly discovered we shared the same belief: people deserve more than a checklist of care tasks.

Many systems stop at the basics—making sure someone is medically safe, fed, and bathed. But true care goes beyond survival. It honors the whole person.

The more we worked with older adults and families, the more we realized how much was missing in the current landscape: support that recognizes emotional well-being, dignity, purpose, connection, and identity as essential parts of living well.

At Heart to Soul Solutions, we believe aging is not simply about staying alive—it is about continuing to live fully, meaningfully, and with joy.

Our approach is rooted in the understanding that well-being is layered. Physical needs matter deeply, but once safety and stability are in place, people still long for connection, belonging, purpose, comfort, and to feel truly understood.

That belief became the foundation of Heart to Soul Solutions.

  • Licensed Social Worker & Family Mediation

For more than 20 years, Kelli has served older adults across Tarrant County through home visits, case management, and family support. Her work has given her a deep, firsthand understanding of the realities of aging in place and the evolving needs families face along the way.

She has walked alongside families navigating mobility changes, Alzheimer’s and other dementias, shifting ADLs/IADLs, fall risks, safety concerns, and the loss of driving—all while honoring each person’s dignity, self-determination, and need for connection and belonging.

Kelli’s perspective is shaped not only by professional experience, but also by personal journey. When her own mother developed Alzheimer’s, she helped move her parents closer to family and walked with them through the challenges of decline, caregiving, and transition. Caring for others is not simply her profession—it is part of her lived experience.

Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed, compassionate care and the belief that thoughtful, practical guidance helps people continue living with safety, meaning, dignity, and connection right where they belong.

  • Certified Senior Advisor and End of Life Doula

Milena’s work began in a local nonprofit, where she witnessed firsthand how thoughtful case management can bring meaningful change to individuals of all ages. Inspired by the “ages and stages” we all navigate throughout life, she pursued her Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) credential, became an End-of-Life Doula, and is working on her Master’s degree to deepen her expertise in aging, transition, and family support.

For Milena, this work is more than a profession—it’s a calling.
Her day-to-day relationship with her grandmother shaped her understanding of what it means to be seen, loved, and supported across the lifespan. She honors that relationship today by walking alongside others with the same compassion, attentiveness, and steady presence she received.

Milena brings a strong trauma-informed lens to every interaction, helping individuals and families manage what’s hard while gently reaching toward new beginnings with hope and resilience. Her approach blends empathy, practical guidance, and a deep belief in preserving dignity at every stage of life.
