Meet the Founders.

It all began when we met while working at a local nonprofit. We discovered quickly that we shared the same ideas and the same desire to offer more than the standard checklist of care tasks. Most care systems stop at the basics—making sure a loved one is safe, fed, and bathed. But that’s only the beginning of what it means to truly care for someone.

The more we worked together, the more we realized how much was missing in the current landscape: support that honors the whole person. At Heart to Soul Solutions, we serve the full spectrum of human need. Because aging isn’t just about staying alive—it’s about continuing to live fully, deeply, and with joy.

A wholistic approach reminds us that well-being is layered. At the base are physical needs—food, safety, rest. But once those needs are met, people begin to crave something more: connection, purpose, dignity, belonging, and the comfort of being truly understood.

  • Licensed Social Worker & Vice President of Case Management.

For more than 20 years, Kelli has served older adults across Tarrant County through home visits, case management, and family support. Her work has given her a unique, firsthand understanding of the realities of aging in place across all demographics and levels of need.

She has walked alongside families navigating mobility changes, Alzheimer’s and other dementias, shifting ADLs/IADLs, fall risks, safety concerns, and the loss of driving—all while honoring each person’s dignity, self-determination, and deep need for belonging.

Kelli’s perspective is shaped not only by her professional experience, but also by her personal journey. When her own mother developed Alzheimer’s, she helped move her parents closer to family and supported them through the challenges of decline and transition. Caring for others is not just her work—it’s part of her lived experience.

She is committed to trauma-informed, compassionate care and believes that practical, thoughtful support allows people to thrive right where they belong.

  • Certified Senior Advisor and End of Life Doula

Milena’s work began in a local nonprofit, where she witnessed firsthand how thoughtful case management can bring meaningful change to individuals of all ages. Inspired by the “ages and stages” we all navigate throughout life, she pursued her Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) credential, became an End-of-Life Doula, and is completing her Master’s degree to deepen her expertise in aging, transition, and family support.

For Milena, this work is more than a profession—it’s a calling.
Her day-to-day relationship with her grandmother shaped her understanding of what it means to be seen, loved, and supported across the lifespan. She honors that relationship today by walking alongside others with the same compassion, attentiveness, and steady presence she received.

Milena brings a strong trauma-informed lens to every interaction, helping individuals and families manage what’s hard while gently reaching toward new beginnings with hope and resilience. Her approach blends empathy, practical guidance, and a deep belief in preserving dignity at every stage of life.
